Appreciate this cottage kept in the family since 1967 renovated in 1982. Relish in the great basically weed free swimming, jump off the dock, go fishing or explore the lake using the watercrafts.

21 acres of natural meadow and bush behind the cabin – excellent for hiking and bird watching.

Take a day trip to explore what Muskoka region has to offer. At night, gather around the firepit or on the deck to look at the stars and recount the events of the day.

Outhouse – indoor bathroom facilities can be used either at the main cottage or in the basement of the house next door (100 yards away)

No running water – bring your own water or get pure well water in containers from the  house or cottage nearby (100 yards away)

Kitchen details: stove with oven, full size fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, large dining table (dishes, utensils, pots & pans supplied)

Excellent swimming – only a few weeds – not enough to affect swimming or boating – water shoes on personal preference.

Sandy bottom to entry the water – acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues

2 docks (seasonal) – both have a ladder for ease of exit

Floating dock (seasonal) suitable for swimming and diving – water is 8 ft at the end of the dock

The lake good is for motorboats, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
