Water is 8-10 ft at the end of the dock

The dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

High Season Monthly Rate: $700 per night

Cleaning Service: Included (at the end of your vacation dates - only for 7+  night stays, otherwise there is a charge for cleaning $150)
Linens & Towels: Included (damage fee of $100 per set)
Pet Fee: $75/pet

Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
Outstanding balance + $1000 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out
