You’ll enjoy making meals in our stunning kitchen full of all the necessities, using the large dual-fuel BBQ.
You’ll enjoy building memories with friends and family, jumping into the lake, playing games on the lawn, enjoying snowshoeing and other winter activities, or sitting by the fire roasting marshmallows.

Built in 2022, this lakehouse combines the benefits of new design and amenities with thoughtful nods to the past. It’s beautifully furnished and functional, with lots of places for your group to spread out. Design features include a stone gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, comfortable sunroom featuring large windows that let in plenty of light and provide a great view of the lake, massive deck with gazebo, large live-edge oak island built from a tree harvested from the property and a wall made from cedar planks reclaimed from the original cottage.

BBQ – charcoal and propane options – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity
Flat level waterfront (driveway slopes down)
Waterfront: 110 ft
Beautiful wade-in waterfront with good swimming, fishing, and watersports. Walk in entry with sand bottom and some rocks here and there. It is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues. There is a raft in the middle of the bay for people to use.
There are some weeds in the summer – water shoes recommended.
Dock: L-shaped 20 long with 10 foot side
Water at end of dock is about 3 ft, so it’s not safe for diving off the dock. Water in bay is up tp 12 ft depending on where.
Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat
The lake good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Cottage faces north
There are outdoor security cameras located at the front and back of the property. There are no cameras in any private areas. Feel free to request details.
The lakehouse is located just a 5-min. drive or 15-min. walk from downtown Fenelon Falls, on a private bay on Sturgeon Lake. In summer, Fenelon Falls is known for it’s waterfalls and lock system, great fishing, watersports, and the Victoria Rail Trail for walking, ATVs and snowmobiling. There’s shopping and plenty of restaurants, and Eganridge Golf Resort is only 15 mins. away.
On the Trent Severn Waterway – great for boating and fishing, locks are very fun to go through – visit Lock 34 Fenelon Falls
Fenelon Falls (2 km): beautiful town with scenic waterfalls, traditional Kawartha ice cream, Garnet Graham Beach Park, lots of summer attractions and festivals, especially Canada Day weekend including fireworks, boat cruises on the Kawartha Spirit boat.

Victoria Rail Trail (19 km) – perfect for walking, hiking, cycling
Bobcaygeon (19 km): offers great shopping including Bigley’s which is well known for their assortment of shoes and bathing suits
