Everything you might need can be found at the Valentia store/LCBO and Little Britain Foodland supermarket only minutes away. Six min away there is Valentia Sand Bar Beach Park, great for swimming. In 20-25 min away great restaurants, large grocery stores, and a lovely park on the water with a splash pad for kids, all in the town of Port Perry or Lindsay. Motor Boats can be rented at the Port Perry Marina.

Visit The Spudster in Little Britain, family-owned restaurant for over 25 years, specializing in beer-battered halibut and haddock, over 25 different homemade gourmet burgers and poutines. Everything is prepared fresh to order with local ingredient

Mariposa Woolen Mill & Farm Market offers a collection of locally made meat and cheese boxes as well as a variety of other handmade items.
