Enjoy this newly renovated (2021) open concept cottage with newly furnished living room and bedrooms including new beds. Relax on one of the 2 decks or in the screened in porch.

The cottage is sitting on a large lot with 142 feet of lakefront with sandy beach and beautiful views of the lake. So much to do during the day, relax on the dock, fish, swim in the calm lake with sandy bottom lake, explore the lake in the paddle boat, row boat or kayak. In the evening cozy up by the fire and watch the spectacular sunsets.

The bunkie has undergone extensive renovations (2023)  to create a modern and comfortable space. The renovation includes an open concept layout with new drywall that has been painted with primer, giving it a fresh and clean look. It has been completely rewired with new electrical components, including outlets and lighting fixtures, providing a safe and efficient electrical system. The addition of new appliances such as a fridge and stove enhances the functionality of the space. The interior has been furnished with rustic elements, creating a cozy atmosphere. For entertainment, a new television with internet access has been installed. The bunkie features three bedrooms, with two queen beds and a double bed, accommodating several guests comfortably.

While there is no plumbing available currently, a portable toilet is provided for night-time use, and a serviced outhouse is conveniently located just steps away.

Lastly, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the sunroom, making it a great space to relax and unwind or head out for a day trip to the local towns with so much to explore, see and do.
