 Summer Harmony on Maple Lake

Enjoy this excellent multi-generational cottage with all the child friendly features alongside the flat property and air conditioning great for grandparents. Easy monitoring of children from windows throughout cottage and sunroom, or from sitting outside on the deck or patio area. The inside is uniquely finished with all the modern conveniences while maintaining that true “up north” cottage feel.

The sunroom is a gorgeous gathering space protected from all elements with panoramic screens and glass windows, pot lights and hard wood flooring-it feels like you are sitting “outside in nature” amidst all the comforts of home. The focal point of the great room is the large stone fireplace with rustic wooden mantle accompanied by the open wooden staircase that leads to the loft.

The beautiful and extensive stone landscaping outside the cottage makes it extremely accessible to enjoy the outdoors. Explore the lake in one of the watercrafts.

The original foundation forms the storage room at the front of cottage and is only steps to the water, the original footprint that allowed the cottage to be rebuilt in its location.  The majority of the main floor living space is wide-plank reclaimed flooring and the balance is a cream coloured burber carpet.  In the loft, the ensuite master bathroom has heated ceramic flooring, making the upstairs loft a real “bedroom oasis”.
