BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Flat property

Child/elderly friendly

Waterfront: 70 ft

Swimming is good for children especially as well as “waders” since shallow – out farther there are clams so watershoes are recommended (bucket of them provided) – there are reeds (not weeds) out about 150 feet from the shore – no deep water for about 250 feet from shore

Walk-in entry to the water is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues

Sandy beach depending on water level of the lake measuring about 70 feet across by 15 feet wide

Past the swimming raft there are some weeds at the “drop off” to deep water – owner cuts them back all around the raft – there is a clear path through the reeds so you do not need to walk through them
Dock: 50 foot long by 8 foot wide at the last ten feet (sitting area), rest (about 40 foot) is four foot wide- has a ladder for exiting – water is about 2 ft at the end of the dock

Cannot dock a seadoo boat or a boat unless can lift the outboard motor – there is also a submerged water line that needs to be avoided – motor boat can be docked on swim raft and walk-in to the shore

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Two four person paddleboats (one with canopy), single and a double kayak, canoe, and row boat with oars

Deck: 16 ft wide by 20 feet long (hot tub takes up about 8 feet by 8 feet)

Excellent lake view as the whole front of cottage is glass

Inside the cottage is very private – outside there are neighbours close by (particulary on the one side)

Cottage faces southwest
