4- 5 parking spots (depends on size of vehicles)

BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Property is flat from the cottage to the lake

Great swimming: shallow at beginning then gets deep quickly

Concrete steps for walk in entry to the water – is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues

As shown in the pictures, the steps go down into the water beside the ramp to the main dock. There is no handrail but certainly you can use the ramp for assistance as required.

No weeds around our dock and in our swimming area – water shoes are suggested if that’s your preference

Dock (new in 2022) -16′ x 20′, excluding ramp – the lake is about 6-7 feet deep at the end of the dock

The dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
