EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Half of the flat property-side of the backyard is covered with beach sand for playing games such as volleyball (provided), badminton (provided), horse shoes (TBD) etc.

Long large dock: 330 sq. ft – water is 6-7 ft deep at the end of the dock

Dock is large enough to hold an 18 ’- 21’ bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

I just wanted to send a follow up email to thank everyone for the great experience from the cottage itself to KCV. We had a great time at “El Cotajo” (which is beautiful btw) and the KCV team for the great customer experience. When our PEI vacation was officially cancelled in early June, we had a rough time finding a cottage and were experiencing a lack of response from all other management companies we tried to contact (it was so frustrating) UNTIL we found KCV. From the very first time I called Ken he took my call and was very helpful.
