Lakeside Beach Haven on Cordova Lake is a very spacious, comfortable cottage. It has an amazing beach that is excellent for children and adults alike. Cordova Lake is excellent for fishing and comes complete with a canoe and paddle boat. The sunsets are fantastic due to its western exposure.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

There is a beautiful, large, sandy beach with shallow water entry that is absolutely great for children of all ages! It comes with a paddle boat and canoe. Lakeside Haven has good fishing and of course the swimming is terrific. There is a beachfront fire pit and the western exposure provides terrific sunsets.

We were a group of 9 people who stayed at the Lakeside Beach haven cottage for 3 days/2 nights in April, 2015. The cottage is really right on the lake and has all the necessary amenities that you would need to have a great time there! I would definitely consider coming back here when the weather is a bit warmer as I can only imagine how much fun it would be to have the lake right in the backyard. Lakeside Beach Haven Cottage was clean and organized. The beach area was very nice to relax on and the walk-in lake was a huge hit with everyone! The lake and neighbours were quiet too. Everyone was happy that there were modern conveniences like WIFI and a dishwasher. -Heather, 2015

Rental Rates include all booking fees and taxes (if applicable) - based on 12 people maximum

• Check in: Sunday 4 pm
• Check out: Sunday 10 am
• Some flexibility during low and mid season

Cleaning Service: Included (at the end of your vacation dates)
Linens & Towels: Not provided
Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet

Method of Payment:

• Interac E-Transfer (preferred method)
• Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
• Outstanding balance + $500 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
• Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate

As this cottage rents on a Sun-Sun basis for weekly rentals during High Season please consider the nights of Sunday June 28, August 3 & September 6 as Premium nights.
