Jack Lake Private Oasis – Waterfront in a Private, Shallow Bay
Enjoy the two separate cottages on a large 10-acre lot. The main cottage has 2 bedrooms that are 10 feet from the lake with a panoramic lake view. Cozy cottage modernly decorated to be beautiful, comfortable, and functional. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen.
Property includes a second cottage, bunkie (350 sq ft) with 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. Lakefront view from the cottage is outstanding, the front deck gives you a great area to sit and have breakfast.
Large dock great for swimming/relax on deck with a large umbrella for shade. You can moor your boat easily on the dock.
The waterfront is amazing with hard packed sand bottom and a gradual entry into your own private waterfront in a private bay on 10 acres of land with a fire pit, canoe, and paddle boat for toys. Great for young children or elderly people that want a slow walk into the water. The bay is shallow, so water is quite warm compared to deep areas of the lake. There is no weeds or obstacles. The water is 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. The side yard is ideal to sit around the campfire, just play with your kids, or relax in the Muskoka chairs. Cottage was renovated 8 years ago and the bunkie is 3 years old and still feels new. Rooms are oversized and spacious.
On a private bay with just 4 cottages. Jack Lake is well known as a great boating and fishing lake. The properties are 40% owned by Americans, who only come to the cottage for a few weeks each year. Therefore, this is a very quiet lake with few boats. There is a marina and boat launch on the bay north of the cottage.
Immediate area has lots of walking/hiking trails and wooded areas to explore, with a lot of wildlife to see including turkeys, deer, and small animals. The bay has a large family of loons often floating by. The deer are accustomed to humans and enjoy being fed right on the property. Very, very private and quiet around the cottage.

Great swimming – water gradually becomes deeper, children can play games on the level sand bottom (you could set up a volleyball court in one to three feet deep water) – at about 40 feet from shoreline the water gradually increases to 5 feet deep.
