Each property has 200 feet of shoreline and a fire pit. Enjoy all the best parts of being together and not being together for your amazing stay.

Relish in the seclusion, the back half of the property edges onto Highlands Provincial Park, great nature escape, surrounded by Crown land.

Explore the lake in one of the watercraft, swim, or relax on the floating mat. Spend a day at a local town or attraction. At night, snuggle around the fireplace or firepit outside to recount the events of the day.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION  

• 7+ parking spots (3 at Hilltop; 4+ at Lakehouse)
• Waterfront: 200 ft
• Water access, both Lakehouse and Hilltop are located in a bay, with option for walk in (suggest water shoes if you do not like squishy things on your feet!) or jump off the dock at the Lakehouse!
• The water is quite deep as soon as you leave the bay area
• Docks: Hilltop 10 ft x 12 ft; Lakehouse 8 ft x 12 ft
• Can tie up to 15 ft boat at Lakehouse dock
• The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
• 2 canoes, 2 paddleboats, and 1 row boat
• Floating mat and water toys
• The property is located very close to Algonquin Park with crown land surrounding the property so it is private
• There are only two cottages that share the property’s portion of the lake located across so you are not sharing direct shoreline and should have plenty of privacy

Great spot if you are looking for a quiet stay on a not busy lake. Both cottages were very tastefully decorated and designed. Great access to the water with equipment to use to enjoy the lake. Will book again if I am back up in that neck of the woods! Thanks for a great stay. — Bryan (Jun 2023)

• Cleaning Service: $300 (recommended)
• Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet

• Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
• Outstanding balance + $1000 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
• Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
