Within the large open concept main floor enjoy preparing meals in the modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is plenty of indoor entertainment in the games room to amuse adults and children alike. The high-ceilinged basement has a walkout to your private beach. At night, snuggle up to the indoor propane fireplace or enjoy the night sounds and stars around the fire-pit.

Vacant lot next door if the kids want to venture in the wooded area

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Havelock (15 min): bank, convenience store, gas station, Tim Hortons, Dollar store, pharmacy, Beer Store, LCBO, Home Hardware and grocery store

Local attractions include golfing, drive-in movie theatre, Petroglyphs Provincial Park, Indian River Reptile Zoo

The Havelock Jamboree is a famous country music festival that takes place in mid-August

Nice and modern cottage with a fabulous waterfront, ideal for swimming, water activities and fishing. Great fire pit, flat property, and nice deck with spectacular views of Belmont Lake. Kitchen is stocked with amenities and lower level has table tennis, pool table and darts for enjoyment. Beds were comfortable. Our family of 6 adults, 4 kids and dogs had a great time and host was very responsive and helpful. Town with grocery, LCBO, etc. only 15 minutes away max. Our stay at Belmont Lake was perfect. It was spacious, clean and welcoming, very well set up for a large group. The lake was warm, the dock was great and the beach was absolutely invaluable to our small toddlers. Booking was easy and straightforward, and the deposit was returned within 48 hours, as promised.
