EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

• Large flat grassy area perfect for outdoor games and the children to run around with various levels due to landscaping
• Child/elderly friendly – young children would need to be supervised due to landscaping 
• Dock: 40 ft – water is 16 ft at the end of the dock – ladder for exiting (hinged ladder, more like stairs)
• Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger 
• Deck: length of the cottage 
• Lakefront deck: over 100 ft 
• Waterfront: 150 ft

• Owner has a weed management program to prevent weeds in the swimming area

• To note: the marina next-door is very quiet, with very little boat traffic and is virtually a non issue to enjoying cottage life here at this cottage. In all the years that the owner’s family have been at this cottage, there has not been any incidents of a disturbing nature. In actual fact, it is similar to the Intercostal Waterways in Florida where you are able to watch beautiful boats slowly go by with virtually no noise. The conveniences far outweigh any inconveniences!

Cottage was excellent. Spiro Marinos meet us at the cottage and showed us all the rooms. He spent extra time showing the grandkids all the closets and rooms. He let them onto the riding lawnmower and skid steer and asked them to not play with them.  They said no problem and thanked him for allowing them to sit on the machines. Spiro took time to make sure we launched our pontoon boat and small fishing boat at Sunset Cove marina and even rode on the boat back to the dock.
