Breathtaking Chandos is a newly renovated, modern and welcoming cottage (2,600 square feet) with western exposure, beautiful 320’ of shoreline that affords privacy and fabulous views of the lake, as well as the incredible granite surrounded by towering pines and balsam trees. In addition to the new kitchen, both bathrooms have high end finishes. You might choose to relax in the spacious living room with cathedral ceiling overhead and floor to ceiling windows for a stunning view of nature including beautiful Chandos Lake. Or you might prefer being outdoors on the large deck outfitted with seating to watch the lake and listen to nature. Water activities include great swimming, fishing, boating and kayaking. Bask under the towering pines and beautiful rocky elevated view. The property has a terrific grass area that includes a horse shoe pit and badminton. If you prefer venturing further on land, there is an excellent cottage road for walking and biking. This beautiful property is the place for making your cottage memories on one of Kawartha’s largest and finest lakes.

We didn’t think it was possible, but the reality was even better than the photos! We had such a wonderful time, the house is beautiful, the grounds are stunning, the walks in the neighbourhood were relaxing, the neighbours were more than friendly, etc. I would highly recommend Cindy’s place to anyone seeking a getaway. Stunning property with everything you need for a fun retreat with family or friends. The cottage is spacious, impeccably designed and decorated and on beautiful Chandos Lake. This cottage was beautiful inside and out! Very clean and stylish. We had a great time relaxing on the dock enjoying the views on the lake. The cottage was located in a little bay which was perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. This was a great place to go to relax with family and friends.
