• 2 parking areas; one to unload supplies and groceries (2 car max) and upper larger parking for 4 cars

• Cottage is on inlet – 2 minute boat ride for great swimming in Stoney Lake
• Deck: 20 ft – 40 ft on top of large rock at waterfront – small children would possibly require assistance to get on
• Some weeds – owner will do their best to clear weeds from swimming area -best swimming is out on the main lake – sandbar on Upper Stoney Lake
