EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION  

• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

• Rocky walk in entry to the water – best access to the water is from the dock with diving board and water slide – has a ladder for exiting – water is approximately 10 ft at the end of the dock

Notes

The cottage is on an island, you are not able to drive directly to it. However, the boat ride is short and you can use the canoe, kayaks, or row boat if you need to go back and forth in between the available shuttles. There is also suitable docking for your own private boat and many rental companies in the area. If there is an emergency there are emergency provided through 911 and the local fire department.

This cottage can be rented along with The Common Loon Cottage on Mississagua Lake as it is the same owner and the cottages are beside each other.

Rental Rates include all booking fees and taxes (if applicable)

Rates are based on maximum of 8 people

• Check out: Sunday 11 am
• Some flexibility during mid season

• Cleaning Service: $100 (recommended)
• Linens: King/Queen/Double $25.00, Single $15.00
• Towels: $5.00 each
• Pets TBD (friendly pets only) - Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet

Method of Payment:

• Interac E-Transfer (preferred method)
• Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
• Outstanding balance + $500 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
• Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
