EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

  • 3 parking spots (extra can park at the small lot located on FR23 on your left hand side just as you exit off of Preston Rd.)

  • Sturdy stairs down to the waterfront
  • Large dock: 24 ft x 10 ft – water is 10 feet deep at the end of the dock – equipped with ladder into water
  • Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
  • The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
  • Decks: on 2 levels, both affording views of shoreline; upper level includes BBQ, dining furniture and Muskoka chairs, lower level includes bench seating
  • Waterfront: 100 feet of natural shoreline
  • Great swimming – fairly steep drop off from shoreline or enter off dock-ladder
  • No weeds – water shoes optional, not needed
  • 4 kayaks (1 adult, 2 child, 1 sea), pedal boat, stand up paddleboard

  • ATV/snowmobile trails – trail system runs from The Kawarthas up to Haliburton. You can catch one of the many trails from Preston Road, close to the turn off for Highway 7. Trail Map available from Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs

  • Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet (no cats)

  • Interac E-Transfer (preferred method)
  • Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
  • Outstanding balance + $500 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
  • Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
