Welcome to our waterfront cottage in Kawartha Lakes. Enjoy this modern cottage located less then 2 hours from Toronto. Perfect for couples and families. Have a relaxing evening in the hot tub and sauna. Gather around the firepit with picturesque views of the lake and small islands all around.

Plenty of entertainment whether outside swimming, exploring the lake in the kayak and paddleboat or indoors playing pool or ping pong or snuggling around one of the 2 fireplaces.

Lake is weedy however owners use aqua thruster to clear the weeds in and around the dock so guests can easily jump off the dock

Walk-in shallow entry & lake – perfect for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues

Dock: 10 ft x 10 ft – water is 5 ft deep at the end of the dock

Dock will hold an 18’ – 20’ boat

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Hot Tub: $250 weekend fee; $500 weekly fee
Pet Fee: $200 for first pet; $100 per additional pet

Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
Outstanding balance + $1000 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
