As you listen to the loon call, you know you have chosen the right spot!

Take in the view of lake, watch children and adults alike diving in the water or sliding down the slide. Relax in one of the hammocks or explore the lake in one of the watercrafts. At night, snuggle around the firepit to recount the events of the day gazing at the stars.

BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Rocky walk in entry to the water – best access to the water is from the dock with diving board and water slide – has a ladder for exiting – water is approximately 10 ft at the end of the dock

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

There are 8 cottages on the island, all lots are about 1-2 acres in size – there are neighbours through the trees however the area is spacious, and the deck is situated so there is only exposure to the lake

Notes

The cottage is on an island, you are not able to drive directly to it. However, the boat ride is short and you can use the canoe, kayaks, or row boat if you need to go back and forth in between the available shuttles. There is also suitable docking for your own private boat and many rental companies in the area. If there is an emergency there are emergency provided through 911 and the local fire department.

This cottage can be rented along with The Common Loon Cottage on Mississagua Lake as it is the same owner and the cottages are beside each other.

Rental Rates include all booking fees and taxes (if applicable)

Rates are based on maximum of 8 people
