Enjoy this cottage tucked away in a cove right on Shadow Lake, just a two-hour drive from the GTA. Has cable, and a fully functioning kitchen with everything you’ll need.
A spacious, open-concept floor plan that sleeps 6 comfortably with 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms are home to two queen beds and a double, in addition to fans for every room, and a 3 pc renovated (2022) bathroom.
The living room has two large spacious couches, a rocking chair and a reclining chair that allow you to enjoy watching movies, taking a nap or playing board games and puzzles that can be found in the bookshelf cabinet. The dining room includes a large kitchen table that seats 6 and can also be utilized as a workspace for those working from home etc.
Enjoy the backyard from the walkout deck that includes a table with chairs that seat 6 under a large umbrella and 6 Muskoka chairs that are set up around the fire pit. The dock provides an unforgettable lookout onto beautiful Shadow Lake, especially during the sunrise, a sandy beach with shallow water that allows you to walk right in.
Plenty of room for outdoor activities. You can enjoy the water by having access to a 2 seated kayak and single-seated and water toys are also provided.
This space is a place where family and friends can enjoy and escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Coboconk is just a 5-minute drive where you will find all necessary basic amenities such as Foodland, LCBO, Beer Store, bank, bakery and gas station with a Tim Hortons and Home Hardware.
Norland (2.5 km) has a couple of general stores and the always amazing Riverside Restaurant (reservations are a must!)
Fenelon Falls (28 km) and Bobcaygeon (40 km) are close and both have great shopping
Kinmount (17 km) boasts the famous Highland Cinemas that shows all the new releases in a very cool museum-like space
There is no marina on Shadow Lake, marinas close by include:
* Rates are based on 6 guests. $210 will be charged per extra guest. Maximum 8 guests are allowed. Children under 1 year of age are free.

Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out
Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
