This 5 year old spacious 2700 sq ft. lake house is a wonderful private location for families to create memories. Located on peaceful Macdonald Bay, on beautiful Kasshabog Lake. Enjoy the gently sloping yard to the waterfront with plenty of room for outdoor games.  Take in the beautiful gardens adorning the property. Appreciate the sandy, weedless entry from a small beach and a dock with seating for enjoying the views.

Be entertained with the many games and activities to enjoy or just relax in the hammock.  Gather around the firepit with area to seat a large group to recount the events of the day.

BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Walk-in entry to the water is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues – rock wave break along the shoreline prevents wheelchair access – about 12 inch step down to beach area

Some weeds off to the sides of dock and beach areas – water shoes not required

Docks: 24 ft x 5 ft wide and 12 ft then 10 ft x 12 ft for platform seating area – dock has a ladder for exiting

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
