EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION  

• 4- 5 parking spots (depends on size of vehicles) – ample parking room at the top of the driveway to fit boat and trailer
• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity
• Property is flat from the cottage to the lake
• Child/elderly friendly
• Waterfront: 100 ft
• Great swimming: shallow at beginning then gets deep quickly
• Concrete steps for walk in entry to the water – is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues
• As shown in the pictures, the steps go down into the water beside the ramp to the main dock. – there is no handrail but certainly you can use the ramp for assistance as required
• No weeds around our dock and in our swimming area – water shoes are suggested if that’s your preference
• Dock (new in 2022) -16′ x 20′, excluding ramp – the lake is about 6-7 feet deep at the end of the dock
• The dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
• The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
