Go to Orillia for all the amenities and Casino Rama only ½ an hour away or the community center/park only a 5 min drive. Relish in the 80′ of sandy bottom lakefront with little to no weeds for great swimming, even enjoyed early in the season as the lake warms up quickly. Explore the lake in one of the kayaks.

Be entertained with the 55″ Smart TV (with satellite/Netflix/Prime Video/Disney+). Cook up a great meal in the modern stainless full kitchen.

6 burner BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Great swimming – beach sand sandy beach – swimming is great – shallow near the shore then gets deep

Easy access to the lake – 2 walk in entries – one is concrete/stone and the other is sandy beach – no weeds in the sandy bottom swimming area – there are some weeds farther out into the lake – water shoes are not needed however suggested

Walk-in entry to the water acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues

Waterfront deck is 12 ft x 14 ft

Dock is 3 ft wide and 38 ft long with and 8′ x 8′ patio at the end of the dock – water is approximately 5 feet deep at the end of the dock – has dock whips

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Semi private (on one side of the cottage, the neighbor is approximately 30 to 40 feet away and set back from the rental cottage by about 60 feet – the neighbor on the other side is approximately 60 feet away)

Incredible south facing view with very nice sunsets – lots of natural light for most of the day
