• Walk in entry – suggest water shoes if you do not like squishy things on your feet
• The water is quite deep as soon as you leave the bay area
• Docks: 8 ft x 12 ft – can tie up to 15 ft boat
• The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
• 2 canoes, 2 paddleboats, and 1 row boat
• Floating mat and water toys
• The property is located very close to Algonquin Park with crown land surrounding the property so it is private
• The are only two cottages (same owner) that share the property’s portion of the lake located across so you are not sharing direct shoreline and should have plenty of privacy
