• 2 parking spots (1 car inside property and 1 in front – no municipal restrictions)
• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

• Access to the water is via cement steps from the shoreline or via the dock
• Dock – 4′ x 25’ walkway with 12′ x 10’ dock at the end – water is approximately 5 feet at the end of the dock – dock has a ladder for exiting
• Good swimming – no weeds in the swimming area – water shoes at your own discretion but not needed
• Lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
• Privacy – houses are pretty close to each other
