Enjoy this exceptionally private, cozy cottage right on the water with a view of the lake from every room of the cottage and bunkie. With its decor, open concept and vaulted ceilings it feels like a lake house. Relax and enjoy your vacation on the two very large outdoor living spaces, the dock and deck, allowing many different areas to relax and enjoy your holiday. The outdoor dining area has seating for 10 with beautiful sunset views.

With the cottage sitting next to the water it is very convenient for going back and forth into the cottage for whatever you need. With beautiful unobstructed expansive lake views and incredible sunsets with a western exposure. Swimming is fantastic with no weeds, deep water and a diving board and also steps to walk into the water on the opposite end of the dock. Explore the lake in one of the kayaks or canoes.

The kitchen has butcher block countertops and 3 stools, large fridge, and glass top stove. You’ll have all the kitchen amenities you need to make meal preps a breeze. Many places to entertain and relax including large kitchen table for up to 8 people, quiet spot on the couch wonderful for reading or extra seating for TV viewing. The great room has a large sectional couch with additional seating which makes for a comfortable and cozy place for TV viewing and games.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Property: there are stairs down to the cottage with electric trolley to bring supplies down (is not for transporting people)

Child/elderly friendly with stairs

Waterfront: 250 ft

Great swimming: deep with diving board and shallow with stairs at opposite end of dock

Walk-in entry to the water: not acceptable for the elderly with mobility issues, is for young children supervised

No weeds – water shoes not needed

Dock: 65 ft long and 12 ft wide – has a ladder for exiting – water is 14 ft deep at the end of the dock with a diving board

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

Lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc. – is not an overly busy lake.
