The cottage has three bedrooms, three full size bathrooms, and an outside bunkie that sleeps two with a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds, and two sofa beds are located on the lower level. The cottage is designed to sleep 10+2 comfortably throughout the home and bunkie.

Escape to serenity upon entering the lower level where you will find a sauna, Jacuzzi hot tub, a bar, and an indoor activity center. For entertainment, the home is equipped with a TV on each floor with access to Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances to meet all your daily kitchen needs. The large windows on each floor offer a breath-taking view of the lake. Step outside from each floor onto the patio/deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or to immerse into tranquility. The upper deck has a BBQ, chairs and tables, with umbrella to provide overhead coverage.

Outside in the back, you will find a private swimming pool with 2 beach chairs and a table. Enjoy evenings under the gazebo while sitting in front of a warm fire pit. The 2 docks provide additional stunning views of Pigeon Lake.
