• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

• Waterfront: 50 ft
• Good swimming: armour stone stairs to enter water into sandy lake bottom, sandy for about 40 feet out, shallow, 2-3 feet
• Walk-in entry to the water is acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues however the armour stone stairs can be slippery, so need to be careful
• Weeds: bottom of lake is sandy in the swimming area with a few small weeds, no water shoes needed. There are some denser weeds further out beyond the dock, as well as occasional floating weeds which is natural for the lake.
• Dock: total of 48’ (36 feet long x 4 feet wide with a 12 ft by 12 ft sitting area at the end)
• The water is approximately 5 feet at the end of the dock
• Dock is large enough to hold a 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
• The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
• 2 kayaks, one stand-up paddleboard
