• Outdoor propane fireplace and sitting area (Campfires are not allowed. The property is completely surrounded by forest for hundreds of acres and we want to be responsible with our surroundings)

• River tubes are available. Additional damage deposit required (The Kawartha Highlands PP is right behind the property and the lazy river run is there)

• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

With-in 5 minutes of the cottage are numerous hiking trails, beaches, the Trent Waterway, District 2 snowmobile club, a grocery store and delicious restaurants in the village of Buckhorn.
