INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

There is a spacious, full kitchen for your preparing and cooking enjoyment. (Note: there is no microwave at the property). The living and dining rooms connect in a 20 ft cathedral ceilinged open concept space, where you can play board games, read, use the WIFI connected to the TV, as well as the record player and Bluetooth receiver to connect to your favourite music platform. The quiet screened porch (accessible from the primary bedroom and the glass-railed upper deck) is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy some fresh air. The upper deck (accessible from the living room and screened porch) is a great additional space to relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding trees and the beauty of the lake.

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION 

Outdoors, you will find it very easy to access the waterfront and fire pit as the property slopes gently to a flat area near the water. A lower deck gives you access to ample seating and a porch swing where you can enjoy the beauty of Belmont Lake and the islands that dot it. The 30 ft dock system offers additional seating, a swim ladder, and bumpers to protect your watercraft. The fire pit allows views of the lake with custom log benches and additional Muskoka chairs for your fireside enjoyment. A large hammock and homemade swing are positioned perfectly to give you a perfect view of the lake.

Kayaks and a canoe are stored handily on a large rack so you may access them easily for your on-the-water adventures. Access to the water (and the anchored, large floating mat) may be found from the dock ladder or from the shallow, walk-in entry near the beautiful blue boathouse by the water.

Whether it’s on land, or in the water, “Belmont Lake Life” awaits.

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.

Great fishing (bass, walleye, musky, pike, perch, crappie, and plenty of other panfish)

Canoe, 6 kayaks with bailing kits (lifejackets are the guests’ responsibility – none will be provided), paddleboat (available Spring to Thanksgiving)

Upper deck 24 ft x 7 ft – lower deck 40 ft x 5 ft – expands into a spacious sitting area that is 10 ft wide with beautiful views of the lake

Quite private on ½ acre – well treed and separated nicely by neighbouring cottages on either side
