Past the home is 10 acres of field setup as a driving range, but soccer, baseball, volleyball, flying kites model air planes, anything that needs a lot of space – this is your spot!  You could even bring your helicopter if you want to land in the middle!  The surrounding forests have trails cut through that are perfect for walking, biking, exploring, ATVs or snowmobiles. Enjoy time relaxing on the front porch, or the screened in “Kawartha Room” while BBQing on the Weber grill.  Inside 7 bedrooms and a loft above the garage (bring air mattresses here) can comfortably sleep 20 people with the bed setup, and plenty of bathroom space for everyone with 4 full bathrooms and a powder room.

The huge open concept kitchen is perfect for prepping amazing family dinners, with 2 fridges to stock up with goodies and drinks. The dining table seats 10, with room for more at the bar and outdoor dining area.The huge u-shaped couch is perfect for large groups to sit around the fire, watch TV, and relax after a long day of fun and excitement outside. Keep the excitement going long into the night with pool table, foosball, and ping pong in the basement.
