EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

• Parking spots: main driveway 4 cars, upper driveway 6-8 cars
• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity
• Property is hilly, especially the water access, children and the elderly would need to be careful
• Waterfront: approximately 200 ft
• Swimming: fair
• Lake is fairly shallow at this end
• Walk in entry to the water: very weedy and full of silt – weeds in the swimming area – water shoes recommended
• Dock: 4′ x 40′ long – water is approximately 4’ at the end of the dock – dock has a ladder for exiting
• Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21’ bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
• Lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc.
• Canoe and kayak
• Decks: rear deck is 2 storeys (lower deck is around 300 sq/ft and the upper is around 150 sq/ft); front deck is around 50 sq/ft
• Somewhat private – both neighbours are over 100 meters away
• Cottage faces south with an all right view of the lake with a lot of trees

  Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet

  Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
  Outstanding balance + $1500 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
  Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out
