• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

• Swimming: poor, very weedy waterfront but a sandbar is very close to cottage for excellent swimming 
• Dock: 26 ft – water is 7 ft at the end of the dock

• The dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger
