Close to town and many amenities. Enjoy the outdoors on the large, beautiful level lot. Have space to spread out either in the main bungalow or bunkie. Spend time on the deck, sandy beach or dock on the Otonabee River which is great for fishing, swimming and boating. On a private dead-end road that backs onto farmland.

The cottage is 6 minutes from Lakefield which hosts the Jazz Festival, Literary Festival, Annual Fair and participates in the Studio Tour. Lakefield has many unique stores, restaurants and all the necessities such as groceries and LCBO. Lakefield also has a fantastic butcher shop, gourmet vegetable store, gourmet cafe and an upscale bakery, bookstore and a marina, making it a car or boat destination. 

The area is ideal for cyclists, golfers, boaters, has walking trails and many nearby attractions including the Petroglyphs Park, Warsaw Caves and a berry farm.
