A private and spacious home on Indian River, surrounded by 27 acres of nature and a variety of activities to enjoy in the home and around the property. Start your day in the breakfast nook or dining room enjoying the open space created by cathedral ceilings and superb views from the many floor to ceiling windows. Early risers can move outside onto the east side of the wrap around deck to enjoy nature’s quiet while taking in the sunrise. You may want to return at the end of your day to the west side to enjoy the superb sunset. Have a BBQ and eat in or out of doors seated at one of the many dining tables or the canopied picnic area. Choose to sunbathe or play on the river front where the shallow water is great for kids, sit in chairs in the river on a hot day, swim in the shallow river or the pond. During your stay enjoy some of the many other activities such as going for a nature walk, biking the trails, going for a paddle in the kayaks to explore the river, or playing beach volleyball.

If you wish to be indoors, curl up with a good book in the family room, enjoy the basement games room with ping pong, foosball, and board games, or watch movies and listen to music. Have a workout in the fitness room followed by a relaxing sauna. For evening relaxation, settle in at the fire pit close by the water – an excellent spot for spending family time under the stars, enjoying a campfire and roasting marshmallows. In winter, cosy up by one of the fireplaces after a day of skiing or snowshoeing and relax over a hot drink.

Extra Fees (Optional):

• Cleaning Service: $250 (strongly recommened)
• Linens: King/Queen/Double $25.00, Single $15.00
• Towels: $5.00 each
• Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet (pets are not allowed indoors - sleeping space in garage -TBD)

Method of Payment:

• Interac E-Transfer (preferred method)
• Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
• Outstanding balance + $1500 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
• Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
