Enjoy your favourite barbeque meals with a glass of wine on the spacious deck as you soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding you.
For avid boaters and anglers, Rice Lake offers excellent fishing of perch, bass, muskie, walleye and more. There are various marinas and boat rentals around the lake so the drive time varies.
Appreciate the surrounding area, drive five minutes to the Old Railway Stop for breakfast, then shop for local treats. For shopping and entertainment, Peterborough is an easy 20 minute drive. Visit the Ganaraska Forest for treetop trekking or hiking activities in the area, or stop by The Canadian Canoe Museum to see what you can learn.

The cottage is 35 minutes from Lakefield which hosts the Jazz Festival, Literary Festival, Annual Fair and participates in the Studio Tour. Lakefield has many unique stores, restaurants and all the necessities such as groceries and LCBO. Lakefield also has a fantastic butcher shop, gourmet vegetable store, gourmet cafe and an upscale bakery, bookstore and a marina.
* Rates are based on 6 guests. $210 will be charged per extra guest. Maximum 7 guests are allowed. Children under 1 year of age are free.

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
