BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Waterfront: 108 ft  

Swimming: poor, very weedy waterfront but a sandbar is very close to cottage for excellent swimming 

Dock: 20 ft – water is 7 ft at the end of the dock 

No walk-in entry 

Weeds in swimming area – water shoes are recommended 

The dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger 

The lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc
