A renovated and decorated cottage in a calm bay. Have your morning coffee on the upper deck overlooking the lake and your afternoon cocktail on the lake deck situated over the water. Excellent swimming and no weeds. We hope you don’t have to work during your stay but if you do, there is Starlink WiFi.

The 4+1 large bedrooms sleep 12 with loads of privacy including the ultimate family guest room with a queen bed and two custom bunkbeds. Four large living spaces for hanging out, woodburning stove, fire pit, propane gas barbecue.  So many places to relax, it will be a challenge to use them all. There’s even a neighbourhood moose!

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

Newly updated in 2018 with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout and all new furniture, beds and bedding! We went for an upscale coastal vibe that doesn’t take itself too seriously. With the exception of a few vintage gems to add some charm, everything here is brand new.

• Cottage water: pumped from the lake – treated with UV cartridge and is potable
• Water cooler available that takes 5-gallon jugs – there are 2 jugs at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity
• Indoor entertainment: satellite TV, DVD player, board games, Starlink WiFi
• Kitchen details: fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (standard drip), kettle and crock pot
• Laundry room with washer and dryer
• Wood-burning stove – wood stored in woodshed on driveway

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

• In 2022, a second deck and a year round hot tub was added
• 6 parking spots
• Flat area for games, about 10 steps down to lake (see pictures)
• Dock: 10’ x 20’ offers sun or shade – water is 12 feet at the end of the dock
• 3 decks: kitchen level deck, upper deck + lakeside deck right on the water that leads to massive dock
• Waterfront: 100 feet
• Great swimming – swim platform out from main dock, excellent swimming right off the dock, lily pad – no weeds
• Water shoes not needed
• 4 kayaks: 2 adult, 2 child – great spot for kayaking, 1 paddle board
• Fire pit – wood stored in woodshed on driveway
• Lakeside couple’s hammocks are perfect for naptime
• Very private – one of only 7 cottages on this large private bay
• Beautiful view of bay and out onto lake

Extra Fees (Optional):

• Cleaning Service: $125 ( recommended)
• Linens: King/Queen/Double $25.00, Single $15.00
• Towels: $5.00 each
• Pets TBD (no cats due to allergies) -  Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet

Method of Payment:

• Interac E-Transfer (preferred method)
• Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
• Outstanding balance + $1000 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
• Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
