The lower level of the Britt cabin has a massive 12 x 10 window that overlooks the long property and the Still river.

• Bedroom #2: “bunkhouse” style three-story bedrooms with 1 queen and 2 single beds (as seen in pictures) – 12 foot tall ceilings with a custom built staircase to accommodate the 3 multilevel beds

Upper Level:

• Bedroom #3 and #4: “bachelor styled” layout with king bed, single bed, pull out couch, (king bed and single bed are separated by a half wall), all in 1 large room

2 Bathrooms:

Main Level:

• Bathroom #1: 3 pc (sink/vanity, toilet, soaker tub and shower) – beautiful antique door divides the toilet and shower from the vanity area

Upper Level:

• Bathroom #2: 3 pc (sink/vanity, toilet, soaker tub/shower) – beautiful bathroom with high pine ceilings

• Cottage water: well/filtered – (drinkable) – suggested to bring your own drinking water, although it goes through a good filtration system it has a lot of bubbles in it, for this reason it looks cloudy until bubbles settle

EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION

• BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity (at St Amant’s Marina up the road)

• Child/elderly friendly although there is one staircase leading to second unit but it is built to code and safely equipped with a railing
• Waterfront: 70 ft
• Good swimming if you’re comfortable jumping off a dock into 9 ft deep water, no current and very little boat traffic – lots of visibility for boaters to see swimmers and vice versa – boaters go very slow down the Still River “My family, including young children, swim off the dock all summer long!”
• Children’s play structure on the property 15 m from the water
• No weeds while swimming – water shoes not required
• Waterfront boat docking
• Dock: 16 ft x 24 ft – has a ladder for exiting – water is 9 ft at the end of the dock
• Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

• Some provincial parks that are 15 to 25 km from this rental include Sturgeon Bay, Grundy Lake, and French River. Breathtaking parks to enjoy for a day visit to do some hiking, swimming, canoeing etc.
• The French River Trading Post is well worth the visit too if you have children! Or simply if you enjoy fudge, authentic moccasins, quality outdoor wear, beautiful native Canadian art, jewellery, dream catchers and so much more!

• Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet (small dogs only - no large/long haired dogs)

• Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
• Outstanding balance + $500 damage deposit due 28 days prior to checking in
• Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
