Welcome to Willow Point! The perfect cottage for a relaxing family holiday for all ages. A home away from home!  Only an hour and forty minutes from Toronto, this private, treed property sits on 2 acres of land located in the heart of the Kawartha Lakes.

This family cottage with over 200 ft of waterfront boasts high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, open concept family/dining room with a wood burning fireplace, gourmet kitchen, wooden floors throughout, central A/C and WiFi. The perfect setting for your family holiday. Appreciate Canadian summers sitting on the dock reading while the children swim. Enjoy meals on the automated screened in veranda, and evenings under the stars sitting by the campfire roasting s’mores.

Enjoy a relaxing sauna with a window that offers panoramic views of Balsam Lake before diving off the dock. Try catching a bass or muskie (if you’re lucky enough!) off the point from underneath the willow tree point.

Pet Fee: No charge for first pet, $75 for each additional pet

Initial deposit of 50% due upon booking
Outstanding balance + $2500 damage deposit  due 28 days prior to checking in
Damage Deposit: To be refunded within 7 business days upon check-out

Weekly rentals including a Statutory Long Weekend will be calculated using a prorated weekly rate
