BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Flat yard side has a grassy area for the trampoline, frisbee & fire pit with the waterfront side featuring large rocks offering both a gentle slope towards the sheltered cove and also more rugged terrain allowing access to the deep more rugged water

No weeds

The cove is sheltered and good for supervised children to swim and play or for adults to cool off. The rocky deep side is good for jumping off in areas after checking the depth and being mindful of the wake of big boats and waves. It is a great spot to put in kayaks and other boats of similar size being mindful of the conditions. motorboats, water skiing, jet skis are all used in the area but should be put in in town as there is not a good spot to moor them at the cottage.

Upper enclosed porch has a great view for stargazing – may get a chance to see the northern lights from it!
