Make great memories at this cottage that sits on a beautiful point of land with water on three sides, facing south, north and west for excellent sunsets. There is plenty of space with the level property, two different docks, shallow sandy entry and large flat and open green space for all kinds of lakeside activities.

The cottage itself has been entirely renovated with modern furnishings and appliances (2021), but retains all the feelings of a class cottage, especially on the screened-in wrap around veranda facing the water. Get together for family meals at the oversized harvest dinner table, relax in the lounge area to enjoy the sunsets, at night gather around the firepit to recount the events of the day.

Swimming: great swimming – deep water off the docks

Docks: attached dock on south side, floating dock on the west side

Shallow sandy entry by the boathouse, walkable for young children and the elderly

There may be some weeds at the south end by the swimming area, but the deep areas off the docks are clean and clear – water shoes not recommended

Dock has a ladder for exiting – water is 3-5 feet deep off the south dock; 10 feet off the floating dock

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ – 21” bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat or possibly larger

Lake great for motorboats and water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking and more

Deck: 8’ x 12’

Very private

Open views across the water to the west; view to the north is a beautiful island; south side faces neighbouring cottages across a small inlet

There is a lovely ‘wetland’ area called Back Bay for kayaking/canoeing, with lots of wildlife, just off the south shore

Coboconk (6 km): Go-karts & Mini-Putt, pubs, LCBO, Beer Store, food store, drug store, marine, ATV sales and more

Norland (11 km): Riverside Inn – 5-star restaurant requires reservation, famous Kawartha Dairy ice cream parlour, fully stocked bait shop

Kinmount (16 km) – amazing Highland Cinemas, a world famous movie theatre experience you won’t forget
