 2 parking spots: long driveway – two cars can fit beside cottage

BBQ: 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at earliest opportunity

Great swimming – deep water off dock – shallow by shore on north side of lakefront

Walk-in entry to the water acceptable for young children or the elderly that may have mobility issues (there is a spot that can be entered on foot)

No weeds – water shoes recommended as some areas are rocky as this property is on granite outcrop

Dock: 32 ft with 12 x 12 elevated sitting area – dock has a ladder for exiting – water is 7-8 ft at the end of the dock

Dock is large enough to hold an 18’ bowrider/pleasure/ski type boat

Lake is good for motorboats, water skiing, paddle boarding, kayaking etc

Warsaw Caves

The Warsaw Caves Conservation Area and Campground takes its name from a series of seven caves found in the park. The caves were formed thousands of years ago at the end of the last ice age by the rushing melt waters of a glacier that covered Ontario.

The Gut Conservation Area is a 400-acre site located east of Apsley, ON. This Conservation Area features a parking lot, walking trails, a look out area and a stairway down to the gorge. The “Gut” is a large gorge that the Crowe River flows through for about 230 meters. The fissure that forms the gorge is over 30 meters high and varies from five to ten meters in width. The gorge presents a breath-taking glimpse of this unique terrain.
