BBQ – there are 2 propane tanks at the cottage, if one runs out, it is the renter’s responsibility to have it refilled or exchanged at their earliest opportunity

Property is elevated with 3-tiered decks with limited steps between each

Large upper deck offers seating, dining and bbq, middle deck has a hammock, large Lower deck offers seating and swimming

Swimming: clean, no weeds water for swimming accessed via two decks/dock ladders

Water shoes or sandals are suggested to protect feet from sun-hot decking

Dock: 30 ft – can accommodate up to a 20 foot boat – water is approx. 10 – 15 ft at end of dock (no diving) – dock has a ladder for exiting

Motorboat-friendly lake, including all water activities: water skiing, tubing, paddle boarding and kayaking

4 kayaks and some water floaties are available

Hammock

Located on a peninsula, the cottage is private, with a neighbour to the west but that cottage is oriented the opposite direction – the waterfront deck/dock are very private

Amazing panoramic views inside the cottage and from the decks

Southern exposure but with sunrise views possible
