This 2-acre estate-like property has 302 feet of wade-in waterfront and sand beach on Shadow Lake. The huge dock, capable of handling your own boat mooring, is perfect to view 180-degree vistas. It is a great lake for all boating activities. Boat docking (one boat) is totally free for the rental time of the client’s stay at the cottage.
Your accommodation is a fully furnished and equipped cottage (is above garage of owners home/cottage) with designer interior. Work remotely with a reliable internet connection that satisfies professional needs. Also provided is a full suite of television programming. Enjoy a private, detached gymnasium available for your scheduled use. It is both air-conditioned and heated.
Please understand that clients are renting the cottage above the garage and not the main cottage/house which the owners live in. Clients will have full use of the property, docks, beach, picnic table, gym etc. but not the main cottage or its attached deck or facilities. Owner welcomes possible clients to schedule a visit the cottage to make the most informed choice, if they wish.

The cottage sits on a two-acre landscaped lot with over 302 feet of weed-free, wade-in waterfront, including a long, sandy beach. There is an over-sized dock for relaxation and boat mooring. The dock has a pergola and ample, comfortable seating. There is also a shaded deck overlooking the lake as well as a picnic area and firepit.
The cottage itself has a back deck with cushioned seating for four people. On this deck is a propane-fired barbecue with easy access to the kitchen. Propane is supplied.

Winter: Snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snow shoeing. Shadow Lake offers ice skating and ice fishing.
For Some Action! Visit nearby towns like Fenelon Falls, Bobcaygeon and Lindsay. They offer unique shops, great restaurants and live theatre.
We have been enjoying our mini weekend breaks at The Pied-a-Terre. It is the perfect place to unwind.
